a3f6280993 www/links1 is sufficient to dump HTML to text for all cases, so we 
don't need to use w3m here.  Move HTML2TXT definition from doc.html.mk
to the global doc.project.mk.

90ff2cb926 More work on the new GBDE section: 
* Remove a comment encouraging someone to convert an xref to a ulink.
* Simplify run-on sentence in introduction.
* Use more descriptive DocBook tags.
* Refer to our two versions of UFS as UFS1 and UFS2 rather than UFS
  and UFS2. (1)
* Move an ephemeral URL from the main text to a footnote.
* Note that newfs -O2 is the default for FreeBSD 5.1 and later (1).

13a1a04980 The floppy disk section was previously 4.x-centric, written in a very 
informal style, and full of grammatical errors.  Improve this
situation somewhat.

8a01141e46 Add a simple script to locate areas of a DocBook file where 
<indexterms> are sparse.  Also add makefile glue so that this may be
invoked on the Handbook or any other document in the FDP tree by
typing "make indexcheck".
