dbe851680a Disable LWP::UserAgent perl package 
Allow `+' in port names, e.g. for mgetty+sendfax
Print a better warning if a port does not exists
or contain untrusted characters in port name.

d433577198 Use cvsup(1) to mirror the web pages. 
Rsync(1) will still work for mirroring, but it is not recommended
and documented anymore.
