56b954270d Update community information: 
The Spanish mailing list are down.
The Polish web URL was wrong.
Update webresources information.
In the community.xsl, the LinkedIn group id was wrong and the
last activity in the twitter @freebsdblogs account was in 2013.

f18add0e01 Community: make "newsgroups" a direct reference 
Right now the 'Newsgroup' page is a single paragraph that indirectly
links to the handbook.

52f6d56540 - Use /usr/bin/svnlite as SVN if available. 
- Replace /XML/{doc,www}/ with /XML/ in SysId.
- Remove empty stylesheets in share/xsl and point share/xml/empty.xsl via
  XML catalog instead.
- Change the L10N layer in freebsd-*.xsl not to use localized XSLT
  stylesheets directly.
- Move share/xsl/* to share/xml and remove share/xsl.
- Remove obsolete share/web2c/pdftex.def.

fafc892f65 - The "social" page was kind of lonely so combine it with the "community" page. 
- While here remove an old (circa 2009) twitter account.

Further work needs to be done on the community, support, and events pages.

eb581da251 - Retire the Hungarian Project mirrors, please use the Czech (cz), Austrian 
(at), or German (de) ones instead, they are in a better shape -- it is
  also a step taken towards to support the future CDN-based solution
