ff6f511e5c - Update the Release infomation. 
(Of course we will update them again for the coming soon 7.0-RELEASE and
   RELENG_7 in the future.)

- Update numbers of contributors (more than 350 committers and 9 people
  in core at the moment)

- Use http://www.freebsd.org/snapshots/ instead of the old style Snapshot
  Releases page(http://www.freebsd.org/releases/snapshots.html).

- Replace current.FreeBSD.org (aka. snapshots.jp.FreeBSD.org) with
  http://www.freebsd.org/snapshots/.

6a7eedb282 Clarify the faq entry about witness lock order reversals. 
Robert's description Witness includes mentions of "false-positives",
explain that "false-positives" from witness indicate a more serious
bug elsewhere such as a page-fault, corruption or error in mutex naming.

f5a0529523 Update locations of recently moved ports, like portupgrade, portaudit or 
portlint.  I have retained their historical locations in papers which got
written, but are not constantly updated like the rest of our documentation.

f02b3db43e Trim the 'mirror' questions (IMHO not frequently asked, and get in the way 
where they are).  Also, since there is now a glossary, just point to it
instead of duplicating the definitions of such terms as MFC and POLA here.
