6e8f43ccd0 Increase minimum RAM requirement for installation to 96MB. 
On 9.3 & 10.3 (both amd64 builds) whilst the kernel boots & installer runs with
such an amount, the installer fails when attempting to extract a set.
On 11 it's not actually possible to boot the kernel with less than 96MB (amd64)
or 92MB (i386).
Tested using VirtualBox not actual hardware.

3d4759cdf7 1) scotgold.com has gone away. 
2) while here, tempt the bikesheds by adding the pronounciation to "daemon".
Well, Kirk McKusick prounces it that way, so IMHO that's canonical :-)

7e23eed206 Record erwin's dates as a committer: he got his ports bit in 2003 (and 
then a src bit in 2012) and served on portmgr for many years, until he
