8e6bba0b80 Fix problem with dosendpr.cgi hanging after a PR has been submitted 
where no page was returned to the submitter resulting in many
duplicate PR's.

The pipe to sendmail was just being closed without the nice ".\n" to
tell sendmail this is the end of the mail.  Now we always send "\n.\n"
to be sure the is a standalone "." on a line.

Why this wasn't a problem before, but is now, I'm not really sure, but
it's probably a perl 5.0 -> 5.8 change which triggered this.

If there are still problems after this commit, please report including
PR number(s).

d686234656 Detach en/multimedia/... from the web build, and remove temporarily the 
link to it from the navibar.  The build machine of the web site doesn't
have ``XML/Parser.pm'' so to format the XML files we need either the
module or a conversion to XSLT :-(

cd136d5bcc Unbreak the build. In a clean www/ tree ${FLIST} doens't exist during 
the first run, so ``DATA != cat ${FLIST}'' can't really work.

0696acfdec Add a www/en/multimedia/ collection of audio, video, podcast, 
photograph gallery and other multimedia resources related to
FreeBSD.  The list of resources is maintained as an XML file,
which is converted to the HTML pages at website build-time.

We may want to convert the original Perl script which creates
the pages to XSLT later on, but for now it works quite well.

829ab2cac0 Update with the current state of affairs: 
- remove SoC marker from items which are not taken in the current SoC
 - remove the "suitable" from the SoC markup and replace it with being
   a part of
 - update TMPFS (some people are working on it), pluggable disk schedulers
   (additional info) and umem (available in ports)

2df986741a Add a Summer of Code 2007 page with our 25 successful student projects 
listed.

Also, remove the now out of date information about potential mentors,
project ideas, and FAQ about the program.  The main summerofcode page
now just links to the 2007 page or the previous 2005 and 2006 pages.
