037314c9bc Fix a bug that allowed a tracing process (e.g. gdb) to write 
to a memory-mapped file in the traced process's address space
even if neither the traced process nor the tracing process had
write access to that file.

31fec0dd2f - Manifest should be generated for the whole XHTML file as well since 
images' long description is put into an external file but it seems
  the non-chunked XHTML output does not support manifest yet so
  disable external longdescs for now.

f207ef1393 - LANGCODE used to resolve to "." when called from the top-level directory;

faf9dd0152 - Add a releasetype profiling attribute that will be used in the release

eb581da251 - Retire the Hungarian Project mirrors, please use the Czech (cz), Austrian
