bc6372e791 Add the builditinator.sh script. This little tool can automate building, 
upgrading, and testing of both stable and development GNOME versions.
If anybody wants to help run GNOME build testing, this tool is a great
way to make it happen.

e41190ff32 mike@ has been inactive for about a year, so make some more updates to 
the C99 webpage:
- nectar took care of getpwnam_r(), getpwuid_r()
- bms implemented posix_madvise().
- I implemented fenv.h.
- tjr finished wcscoll() and wcsxfrm() and wide-character conversions
  for scanf().

78e44b0a64 Rework the details about the IEEE OpenGroup Press Release for letting 
the FreeBSD Project Incorporate Material from the POSIX standard.

The OpenGroup have made a Press Release, point to that URL instead of
the one by BusinessWire.

Note, the article by BusinessWire is still archived; simply because
it does not hurt to have it lay around.

6615a01c45 Minor cleanups: 
* correct rwatson's SGML author entity so his name is
	  displayed correctly on the page.

	* mention Rick Macklem, not only his e-mail address;
	  update the last-modified date to reflect this change.

	* fix the task line for the TTY subsystem so it is displayed

a984efc38d - Support reading directly from a local INDEX(-5) file that isn't in 
CVS, and use this by default.  The CVS version is still used if the
  local updated version isn't readable.  On www.FreeBSD.org this means
  that the updated INDEX(-5) found on
  http://www.FreeBSD.porg/ports/INDEX(-5) are used.

  In essence this mean that this CGI script is actually useful
  again since it's not returning out-of-date results.

- Disable the "new ports" HTML since it just doesn't work without
  frequent INDEX versions in CVS.  The support code for this isn't
  removed at this to avoid breaking stuff, but should be removed
  later.
