I had assumed that everyone was aware of these considerations, but,
based on a conversation on ports-svn-commits, this is not the case.

This text does not change policy; it merely documents existing

973e89aa37 Update to r53010: 
Correct the description of vfs.zfs.arc_max.

Update the description of the default value for the vgs.zfs.arc_max tunable.
It changed since the chapter was written and this patch updates it to the
definition in the code.

4285ecc550 Add new virtual port category net-vpn to documentation
