fc5a0e79cb With the old description of what FreeBSD is, one could have thought 
that 4.4BSD-lite was for the i386 platform.  Reorder sentence to
avoid this.  Confusion came up on the German Translators List.

While I'm here: FreeBSD is also for the Alpha platform.

2322692611 Add a note that you don't need to build world to make release if you have 
a populated /usr/obj.  While I'm here, fix the code around these bits --
it now uses <screen> as it should instead <literallayout> like it was
using before.

593774467a Update an example to use the lang.encoding form for directories 
("sv_SE.ISO_8859-1" instead of just "sv") and fix another bit to mention

838812ebaf Remove special de-version of authors.ent, which helps in maintaining (the 
English Staff doesn't differ).
German authors are listed in an extra file, de-authors.ent.

612b4ade78 When submitting a new port, one should add a description of the program 
to the "Description" field and the shar/tarball to the "Fix" field.
This helps us when using scripts such as getpr/prpatch.

ff5aaba5d8 Fix some stupid mistakes I made when adding des' CVS primer: 
* $FreeBSD$ shouldn't be expanded when used in the explanation of
   conflicts.
 * Add some markup bits I missed, fix typoes, fix broken hyphenation
   caused by joining lines together which had hyphenated words split over
   them.
