2f73cffa4b Point people at our prebuilt docs over HTTP instead of FTP. 
FTP is just a painful protocol especially when there is a firewall
around, and all mirrors making up ftp.freebsd.org support HTTP.

e0c4e936e0 Fix install-html-split target: 
With the current code running "make install" will build the files but
will install only 2 files (docbook.css and tramemark.html).  Another
"make install" is required to get the missing files.  This is not the
expected behavior.  A quick workaround is to run "make && make
install", but let's fix the code to get a working "make install".

31fec0dd2f - Manifest should be generated for the whole XHTML file as well since 
images' long description is put into an external file but it seems
  the non-chunked XHTML output does not support manifest yet so
  disable external longdescs for now.

b80a267da7 Start reorganising the security website pages: 
- State the easiest way for concerned users to update their system on the
    main page.
  - Move information about reporting vulnerabilities to a separate page as
    end users who just want to know how to patch their systems will not want
    to be bombarded with technical stuff about reporting and privacy.
  - The list of unsupported FreeBSD releases was too long to be on the main
    page, so move it out onto its own page.
  - Move some of the table of contents items non-essential to end users into
    the side navigation menu.

c8eadc3369 Always build pdf from ps and remove related nits. This is what was already 
done with Handbook and building pdf directly does not seem to work
correctly anyway. This change will help simplifying the build process
and spare some image conversions.

96d2077fac - Make the validate/lint target fail when Schematron validation gives output. 
This is useful when running lint from upper directories. Otherwise,

f6c79f1bc8 - Change screenco to screen + co since the former is not supported 
properly with xsltproc and the latter is simpler
- Add a constraint to prevent using screenco, programlistingco and
  graphicco in the future
- Note that mediaobjectco is used in the documentation to properly
  compose a figure element but the callout bugs are already there
  in the source image and not placed there by the stylesheets

9162098876 - Parse the documents with XML tools before passing them to Jade and turn off
