5fd4eec10c Various cleanups, corrections, and enhancements to the mailing list entities. 
- replace all '&a.mailman.listinfo;/freebsd-xxx' with '&a.xxx.url;'
- replace freebsd-aic7xxx with aic7xxx (link)
- remove non-existent links (cvs-committers, freebsd-core,
  freebsd-developers, doc-committers, ports-committers, src-committers)
- use &os.current; and &os.stable; entities
- replace freebsd-cvs* with cvs* (name and link)
- replace CVS Web with CVSweb
- replace filesystem with file system
- add freebsd-i386 mailing list
- remove freebsd-install mailing list
- hub => hubs
- newbus => new-bus
- sparc => sparc64

7b2f123cb1 Click-ify various listnames to point to 
http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/.  While I'm here, remove the
digest email lists since that's an account preference under Mailman.  The
freebsd-install list doesn't exist any more (now is -config), and very
hastily thump out documentation on how to subscribe/unsubscribe to/from
various mailing lists (though this should be much more obvious and easier
for users since every email has a URL to click on at the bottom of each
message).

86a15b0e3a Back out the previous commit. I'm partially responsible for giving Sean 
bad advice about this topic, and I happen to know that he's currently
away from the keyboard.

The problem is that while you can send mail to foo@freebsd.org, you must
subscribe to freebsd-foo, so this change is likely to confuse users.

ad61eecad0 Shorten the email addresses used in the list SGML entities. Lists can be 
referred to as just [listname]@FreeBSD.org instead of
freebsd-[listname]@FreeBSD.org.

Remove advice to install FreeBSD 2.0.5.

Remove 2.1.7 installation suggestion.

Leave a reference to FreeBSD 2.1.7, only to give this asker a sense of
"We're no longer in the stone age."

Google has an impressive 4,000 of hits for "PCIBIOS" (mostly manpage
links) but an overwhelming 27,000 for the two word version.
