ef4eb2ce01 Update text to note that bsd-family-tree is available on all modern 
FreeBSD releases, not just FreeBSD-current.

Add a 'type' attribute to a ulink pointing to localhost, so that this
doesn't get rendered in non-HTML output formats.

71c89fea52 Add a type attribute to some superfluous <ulinks> so they can be 
ignored when rendering print output (url's usually generate footnotes
for print output, but that is silly here.).  While here, add
<filename> tags to make the text more descriptive.

While I am here:

	- put kadmind(8) entitiy after k5su(8) otherwise

fd5ca98a29 Update and expand a bit the instructions for building a statically 
linked copy of named-xfer.  Also add details on cleaning the source
tree after the build to avoid leaving stale objects/binaries around.

f917b7ad98 - Update parts of this article and add a new "Tips and tricks for 
writing a good problem report" section.
- Fix a few typos.
- Add a link to the searchable gnats database at FreeBSD.org.
- Point the users at /usr/src/UPDATING for more info before sending PRs.
- Be more verbose about patches and inline inclusion of diffs in a PR.
- Emphasize the importance of Class: maintainer-update and the use of
  "[maintainer update]"
- Describe what "[patch]" in synopsis lines means now that it's
  commonly used to help people who read PR indexes.
