41f1a1368c Remove ftp2.it.FreeBSD.org, which I added in rev. 1.247 along with 
the rest of the sites gathered from the DNS zonefiles.  It seems
that this mirror either does not exist any longer, or has never
really existed except as a DNS address record.

f602b36021 Somewhat formalize the "multiple 'latest' versions" entities hack 
of doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/faq/book.sgml rev 1.509 by moving
the entity definitions to the place where we define all the other
version number entities.  This makes it far more likely that they'll
be updated correctly during version number bumps.

ee726148f1 Update this article a bit to be less release version-specific. Also 
clean up the version bump list by separating those items (i.e., in the
www/ tree) that should be modified AFTER the release is otherwise
ready.

Add a few <replaceable> tags.

Update an example.

to match your idea of the perfect system. If you think "make world" is a
wonderful concept, FreeBSD From Scratch extends it to "make evenmore".

d448d55f13 Add a comment about being able to tune nsfbufs at boot. Add references to 
loader.8 and /boot/loader.conf now that they have been updated to include
kern.ipc.nsfbufs.

0e78257234 Update the kernel configuration section to mention specific characteristics 
of sf_buf depletion while using sendfile(2) and tuning NSFBUFS.  This will
hopefully be one of three places in Google's DB that will match sfbufa.

117c7c4773 The initial value of the instruction pointer after processor reset is 
not 0xffffff00 but 0xfffffff0.  Verified by checking section 10.1 of
"Intel 80386 Reference Programmer's Manual" at:
