55c6153fec o Remove the note on index.xsl stating when the web page is rebuilt 
because:

  - It's incorrect (and probably has been for ages).
  - Not very interesting for most people.
  - Removing it makes the index page a bit less cluttered.
  - The pages are not updated that often that people will be waiting
    for a change to occur.
  - Mirror sites probably don't update that often (the hubs
    article recommends daily updates for www/).

o Update the current rebuild schedule for www.FreeBSD.org on
  internal/about.sgml to reflect current reality. [1]

16919dcc2a USB update: 
- Change `Responsible' from 'Doug White' to 'John-Mark Gurney'
	  as he did the busdma conversion work.

	- a!=p should be clean, but not tested fully; make this known
	  in the `Notes' column.

	- Update the `busdma' column to 'Done' as it was completed by
	  John-Mark quite a while ago.

609d7da443 Look for pkg-descr in Attic, if it can not be found in the expected 
directory.

This fixes the problem reported several times on www@ when a port's
pkg-descr file is CVS deleted and INDEX isn't fully updated, then the
description link in ports.cgi will not work, because url.cgi can't the
pkg-descr file.
