9b2fc810f9 Use HTML entities for less than and greater than in port comments. 
This avoid having the browser interpret <foo> as a HTML tag, which it
did for the port devel/pear-HTML_Select_Common.

fda0dacf42 Remove the words "vice versa" from the question regarding running GNOME 1.4 
apps under the GNOME 2.2 desktop (there is no more "vice versa").  Also,
