cb0e57789a Don't reference faq alias anymore - people are using it only (as far as 
I can see) to ask questions, so remove the reference and point the faq
alias at freebsd-questions.

82215be1b9 Make (some) headings fit on a single line for the benefit of 
Lynx users with "links are numbered" enabled.  Untangle a recently-

3ef7e4d140 Fix some typos. Also move things around so that "refer to previous 
question" entries make sense again, unspam one of the entries and
make headings fit on a single line again for the benefit of Lynx users.

82878c792e Reference sections of the handbook by name (not hardcoded section). 
Add -links to Makefile so that we can refer to the FAQ from elsewhere.
Mention that unterminated cheapnet cabeling will cause device timeouts.
Update references that used to say 2.1.7 is -stable.
Say that the last release was 2.2.5 in October '97.
Make formatting consistent for the first 1/3 of the file - the rest will follow.

816cbe8c7c Mention a pre-2.2.5 bug in the tun driver that gets tickled 
by the "set mtu" command (now that we can see the IO error
in the log file).

303a7f0edf Say a few words about ECHO reflections and magic being 
the same.
I really think the ppp rfc should say that the server *must*
initiate LCP negotiations - otherwise things like this happen :-(

62fd1f0b5c This is *very* picky about <label> lines. Right after a <heading> 
will hose you but right before a </heading> won't.  Go figure. :)

90a00af70b A bunch of reorganization, mostly. Plus some minor changes. 
If you put some changes in between August 11 and August 30, let
me know so I can re-update them. I keep trying to do a clean
commit based on what's in there, but I'm getting further and
further behind. I apologize for any inconvenience.
