9380423f54 Add a description of how to setup sendmail for use with UUCP. 
Ideally, this should go into the ``mail'' section of the handbook, but
i don't have the time to write all of this right now, so i've put it
into the FAQ.

63d35e573e Add several questions including the MAXMEM kernel option, the DEC PCI card 
list and the npx0 being mandatory.

Rewrite of the URL for the handbook to use the links instead of the ever

20e2ff266e Update the FAQ. 
Is there anyone who could give me an account on a faster-than-20-bytes-per
second line to the US (not EBONE) ? I'm having too many problems connecting
to freefall to do commits... It would be better if it could be a ssh-protected
account, that would give a strong authentication.

The RENATER line (and thus EBONE) is almost dead for remote login after
10AM european time... :-(

d93768fb51 Make the sample config file entry for mse0 use irq5 instead of irq6. 
Apparently some bus mice won't go above 5 and the 2.0.5 LINT shows 5.

Add a section on /etc/sysconfig and the new configuration scheme

12ac18d2ae Major overhaul of the FAQ. I've added several contributions 
specially from Darryl Okahata. I've rewritten several URL to the proper
<url url="" name=""> tag. There is still room for improvement but it
should be closer to 2.0.5R now. I'll try to be faster for future updates...

7a5f061be2 The securedist outside the USA have changed a great deal. 
The site in Island has only the 1.1-RELEASE dist.
The previous South Africa sites are dead and the brasilian one
is very hard to get into and painfully slow.
The two South Africa sites come from MIRROR.SITES.
