d50e504f51 Rewrote Q 10.15 to reflect reality. 
Added Dayna to list in Q 10.16.  I'll add Adaptec once I'm sure it works.
Added note about setting firewall_type='open' in Q 10.18.

0d73182d8a Added my boilerplace filelist to Q 2.1, "What files to download..."

cb0e57789a Don't reference faq alias anymore - people are using it only (as far as 
I can see) to ask questions, so remove the reference and point the faq
alias at freebsd-questions.

82878c792e Reference sections of the handbook by name (not hardcoded section). 
Add -links to Makefile so that we can refer to the FAQ from elsewhere.
Mention that unterminated cheapnet cabeling will cause device timeouts.
Update references that used to say 2.1.7 is -stable.
Say that the last release was 2.2.5 in October '97.
Make formatting consistent for the first 1/3 of the file - the rest will follow.
