78a16adcf8 Rewrite the synopsis for conformity. Rewrite large chunks of the 
introduction, boot0, boot1, and boot2 text to conform with what the
synopsis tells the reader the rest of the chapter.

Throw in a gratuitous Baron Munchausen reference.

d8f4f9e2f2 Move the overview into the boot blocks section, as it makes sense there. 
Also document the 'unload' and 'boot-conf' loader commands, and give an
example of how to use these two together.

f29eb302a1 Copy of the boot section from "internals". Whitespace and tag changes 
only - sect1 -> chapter, sectx -> sect(x-1), and lowering of indent
level.

Change of chapter id to "boot" from "booting".
