- Replace the 'the-website-csup' and 'the-website-cvsup' sections
with a 'the-website-svn' section
- Replace 'www/en' with 'en_US.ISO8859-1/htdocs' as the starting
directory in the website build
- Remove the documented CVSROOT environment variable
- Update the WEB_LANG example to reflect the new repository layout
- Add a 'tip' section, noting that if the initial 'svn checkout'
command is not run as the root user, be sure that /usr/build is
writable by the current user, or use a different checkout location
- Wrap 'doc/www' in <literal> tags in a <title> [1]
- While here, do some rewording to avoid '<command>foo</command> command'

enough for most people, and gets it into the repository, making it
easier for others to add to as necessary.
This has not (yet) been turned on in the upper level Makefile or
listed on the web site yet, I want to get some more feedback
from readers first. It should be "made visible" later this week.
