efcda7d251 Initial 7.2R release schedule per Ken's e-mail. Further revision, 
and especially ports/doc details, need to be added.  Unlike the 7.1
release schedule, point at -stable rather than -qa for general
public release issues.

9de76ce35d Significant updates to the GSoC page for 2009: 
- Update 2008->2009.
- Add Proposal Guidelines section.
- Add many FAQ entries.
- Add back automatic incorporation of soc-appropriate ideas to the
  main soc page; make it clear that other ideas are also welcome.

488b622963 Remove njl and bruno as contacts for powerd and suspend to disk 
projects.  Remove SoC markings from both.  Powerd work is apparently
mostly done.  Suspend to disk needs a mentor.
