ca6d2c9402 A few updates found while translating: 
- add   between number and unit
- move a sentence stop out of an ulink description
- use &windows; in titles to be consistent (although the "tm" won't show up)
- Use author entity in Kris Moore's case
- Replace FreeBSD with &os; in a few places
- Add an extra space between a ) and the next word and
- de-capitalize daemon to be consistent [1]

71484c537f bsdinstall chapter updates from -RC3: 
- Add the 'Enabling Crash Dumps' screen [1]
- Add the 'Manual Configuration' screen
- Replace the 'Final Configuration' screen; the 'Shell' option was removed
  and replaced with the 'Manual Configuration' prompt

36df0fc698 9.0-RC1 updates to the bsdinstall chapter: 
- Document that bsdinstall will prompt a user if they would like
  to set a non-default keymap
- Add the image the displays the prompt for a user to select
  an non-default keymap
- Update the final configuration image, where 'Exit' is now the
  first option

- Though literal FTP links in the documentation look ugly, the long
  lines are necessary because linebreaks tend to leave spaces in the
  intended URL.

3f60edd370 Various fixes: 
"effective at improving performance" is correct in English.
"issues with the installation" is vague, reworded.
Expand/clarify BIOS boot menu information.
Spelling/grammar.
Simplify Introducing bsdinstall.
Expand/clarify mirror site description choice.
Attempt to remove unnecessary instances of "the" and "you".
"Booting" is used in this doc more than "restarting".
Add link to network information.
