c91da8cb9f Move the news entry for the Foundation July Newsletter to the day it 
was actually released.

This has the benifit (read: this is the real reason I'm moving it) of
making the list of news items on the front page a big shorter so it
looks less strange.

64f03e8b6d - I am not sure whether we allow two the same <name></name> days in one 
month, so better fix this right now in order to avoid build breakage

4bd7f3a38c Move mention of the recent press release to "news.xml" from the 'In 
The Press' page.  We use "news.xml" for project generated notifications
and we make the items in it available via an RSS feed.  The
scope of the 'In The Press' page is fuzzier; it holds links to
3rd-party articles in the media that are related to FreeBSD.

ef7ab26df6 Add support for hardcoding the URL to the Y! upcoming page when the

61301da63c Add a template to display a previous year of events so we can break 
out the older (2003, 2004, etc..) events onto separate pages rather
than cluttering the top level events page with them.
