04cae3637f Replace the input text box for max. search results with a select 
box.

This change reduce the numbers of input fields from 2 to 1. Many
browers accept a simple 'return' in the search field (instead
pressing submit button) for starting searching if there is only one
input text box.

A link to your ports is simple, e.g.

(replace 'eserte' with your email name).

98dd89ecc1 Add the new variable ENGLISH_ONLY. If set and not empty, the 
non-english web pages are not build.

This is basically a debug option. Most committers does not touch
the japanese documentation, so they don't need to test the
japanese files.
