ae4dab9d48 SLIP was removed in 8.x. Given that 7.x will only be supported for 
another 2 months it doesn't make much sense to keep this information in

d4f6e340b2 The list of terms of the FreeBSD license requires reproducing an 
unmodified copy of the license with any binary or source distribution of
products using the licensed code. The attached patch to the FAQ
