2e7186064b Both http://forums.FreeBSD.org and http://wiki.FreeBSD.org redirect to 
secure versions of the sites, so link to the secure version directly.
Note that for wiki links I have only fixed up key links in navbars etc,
there are a large number of other links but fixing them does not seem
worth the churn.

6c12105ee5 Fix some grammos noticed in previous whitespace fixes. 
Reword to remove i.e., simply, and please.
This whole document needs a thorough editorial review and a tech review
to remove outdated material.
Much of this material belongs in, or is already in, the Handbook.

d927ced901 Add corrected entries for the 10.x branch entities and 
update to reflect -CURRENT is now 11.0.

While here, swap pkg_add(1) for pkg(7), and dereference

b90f9f8bc9 bring this FAQ entry into this millenia, we've defaulted to UFS2 for 
around 10 years now, and the entry talked about old UFS1 limits...
it also talked about old defaults for black and fragment sizes too...

With the current defaults, full fsck memory requirements are 32MB/TB

1d9bea10ed Merge the projects/entities branch into head/ 
The primary purposes are to clean up duplicated author definitions in
both share/xml/authors.ent and share/xml/developers.ent, and as a added
bonus simplify writing up author names/email addresses in web pages.

Apart from merging developers.ent into authors.ent, removing the former,
and updating the Committers Guide there should be little user-visible changes:
- a.portmgr renamed to a.portmgr.members
- a.doceng renamed to a.doceng.members
- team.re renamed to a.re.members.email and moved from
share/xml/freebsd.ent to share/xml/authors.ent
- a.core updated and moved from share/xml/mailing-lists.ent to
share/xml/teams.ent
- share/pgpkeys/{addkey.sh|README} updated

Translations are untouched except for build fixes.
