99c9a56f15 Consistently use an uppercase replaceable 'X' :

1853b9bcf6 CD-ROM -> CDROM
O'Reilly has standardized on 'CD-ROM' as have several other
publishers, however 'CDROM' outnumbers 'CD-ROM' 2 to 1 in our
documentation and it has always appeared this way on FreeBSD CDs from
Walnut Creek/BSDi/WRS. I don't have a preference either way as long
as it stays consistent.

2cc436ed66 From the PR:
o Minor grammar nits
o Suggest Partition Magic to users; IMO, this is probably the most
useful utility for those who use multiple OSs.
o Sysinstall is now much more user-friendly wrt to ppp installation
      & setup
o Sysinstall will setup anonymous FTP for you if you ask it to
o IDE CDROM Device name change: wcd -> acd
o Add some more information about downloading the distribution from
      ftp.FreeBSD.org
o The IP address for ftp.FreeBSD.org was incorrect; fix it
o Windows File Manager -> Windows Explorer (since there are probably
3 people left in the world that still use Win16)
o Note that IDE drivers are ad* in 4.0 and later
o Installation types: Novice -> Standard

340bf3f8cd Initial restructuring of the handbook's install chapter. In addition to
the structural changes, a few other things of note are:

o parts rewritten/random grammatical errors and typos fixed

o Updated the 'Supported Hardware' list to equal that of the 3.4-R
release notes (lots of new hardware added) and split it off into
    it's own section

  o <qandaset>-ified the MS-DOS User's Questions and Answers
