a6a47eca82 This patch does the following to the first half of 5.6. Using the Ports Collection: 
- as per discussion with portmgr, removes csup warnings and how-tos
- as per discussion on IRC, remove Method 3 as sysinstall is being phased out
- adds some text and word-smithing to make unclear instructions a bit clearer
- some tag cleanup
- updated lsof listing
- some text shuffling to improve flow

c8ff91999a Optimise the images in the bsdinstall chapter using graphics/pngrewrite - 
they only require 4 bits per pixel, but several of them were stored as
8bpp PNGs.  This approximately halves the total file size, allowing the
handbook pages to load much faster.

Remove svn:keywords and add fbsd:nokeywords=yes properties - these are
binary and cannot contain keywords.

90dc359c91 - Adobe now own the Flash registered trademark. 
- We don't use the Shockwave trademark anywhere any more, GC it
- We don't use the SPARCengine trademark anywhere any more, GC it
- Flag trademark entries which are no longer used in the en_US
  documentation, but continue to be used in other translations.

9867a4cb56 In the preface, correct the example for commands entered at an MS-DOS 
prompt - throughout the rest of the handbook, the device used is C:\ and
not E:\.

072983cb81 This patch on the first 1/2 of this chapter does the following: 
- renames "Introduction" to "Account Types"
- moves "Becoming Superuser" into superuser section of Account Types
- shuffles Account Types around to improve the flow
- matches Synopsis with new toc
- general word-smithing and clarification
