88789b20a9 Update Samba version to 4.6.

b3805cd1aa Revert r50867, which added '.PHONY' to the freebsd-releng/Makefile 
to ensure the article.html file would always be updated if any of
the dependent releng-*.xml files were updated.

Implement a proper fix to ensure the dependencies are properly
tracked, and the page(s) are rebuilt after an update.

803984613f Always rebuild the freebsd-releng article when 'make all' is invoked. 
This fixes an issue where an update to one of the releng-*.xml files
is not reflected on the Project website until after a full, clean
rebuild is done (currently every 7 days).

d083dac69b Allow per-category intro text in quarterly status reports 
Update the dtd to permit the <p> element to appear within
<category> and update the xsl template to render any paragraph(s)
of such introductory text before the line break that preceeds the
rendering of project entries in the given category.

3a48f00565 - Hook up the checksums for 10.4-RC1. 
- Now that we have the 10.4 hardware compatibility list, readme and
  release notes since r50848, hook them up to the betarel2 txtdocslist.
  Sync the betarel txtdocslist with that of rel, rel0 and rel1 (modulo
  readme, see below, and unapplicable stuff like errata.
- Add missing readme links to the txtdocslists of rel, rel0 and rel1.
- Announce 10.4-RC1 and bump betarel2.vers to RC1 accordingly.

e8555b8ea0 Reduce the impact of example $FreeBSD$ version strings by enclosing them 
in <phrase> elements.  The its:notranslate property can then be set on
these individual lines rather than a whole <screen> or <programlisting>.

be19d9b17d - Due to failure of building a (working) WANDBOARD image as of 10.4-BETA3, 
OpenSSH 7.3p1 which went into stable/10 after that, it doesn't feel like
  we are ready for the RC phase just yet. So 10.4-BETA4 has been inserted
  into the 10.4 cycle and the optional 10.4-RC3 de-schedule for now.
- Mark the start of 10.4-BETA4 builds as done.

f88871f59d Add its:translate="no" properties to elements containing $FreeBSD$ 
version strings.  This will prevent them from showing up in PO
translations and causing difficulties.

It has the unfortunate side effect that the entire element contents do
not appear in PO files.  Most of these are elements are <programlisting>,
which are probably not translated often yet. At least one is a <screen>,
which might be more of a problem.

At this point, this is a workaround to make it possible for PO translators
to continue work without the ever- changing version strings creating
conflicts.

from doing what we asked it to do on purpose.

dce0c5b964 Subversion has been told to expand $FreeBSD$ version strings in source 
files. This is good, evidently.

But we don't want it to expand version strings in examples, because then
the example will have an expanded version string with the version of the
current doc file, which is bad.  The version number, not the doc file.
Or, well, maybe both, but the point here is the version number won't look
right.

So use the good and righteous &dollar;FreeBSD&dollar; construct instead.

This is perfectly cromulent and there is nothing remotely ridiculous or
surreal about this at all.  Lalala, I can't hear you.
