The primary purposes are to clean up duplicated author definitions in
both share/xml/authors.ent and share/xml/developers.ent, and as a added
bonus simplify writing up author names/email addresses in web pages.
Apart from merging developers.ent into authors.ent, removing the former,
and updating the Committers Guide there should be little user-visible changes:
- a.portmgr renamed to a.portmgr.members
- a.doceng renamed to a.doceng.members
- team.re renamed to a.re.members.email and moved from
share/xml/freebsd.ent to share/xml/authors.ent
- a.core updated and moved from share/xml/mailing-lists.ent to
share/xml/teams.ent
- share/pgpkeys/{addkey.sh|README} updated
Translations are untouched except for build fixes.

Currently we have articles.ent and books.ent, and
for example, articles.ent can be used by putting the
following lines in the doctype declaration:
<!ENTITY % articles.ent PUBLIC
"-//FreeBSD//ENTITIES DocBook FreeBSD Articles Entity Set//EN">
%articles.ent;
This pulls all of the necessary entities via share/sgml/articles.ent.
The translation teams can customize these entities by redefining
the articles.ent file in <langcode>/share/sgml. See
ja_JP.eucJP/share/sgml for example.
with FreeBSD 4.4 making the patch unnecessary. Also, the various
versions of the console-server software in the ports collection has
changed rendering the existing material misleading.

share/images. To link "generic" images (share/images ones) from
Makefiles use IMAGES_EN and to link localized images use IMAGES.
For an example look at en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/Makefile
links are broken now that /handbook is a redirection to the real
location of the Handbook at /doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook.
