9de76ce35d Significant updates to the GSoC page for 2009: 
- Update 2008->2009.
- Add Proposal Guidelines section.
- Add many FAQ entries.
- Add back automatic incorporation of soc-appropriate ideas to the
  main soc page; make it clear that other ideas are also welcome.

488b622963 Remove njl and bruno as contacts for powerd and suspend to disk 
projects.  Remove SoC markings from both.  Powerd work is apparently
mostly done.  Suspend to disk needs a mentor.

9dcb2f164d - Mark the BSD-licensed textprocessing-tools as a past SoC project and 
add myself as a contact.  As for the status, grep is ready and being tested,
  sort has a few missing features and needs testing and diff also has few
  missing features.  Only the groff/troff part is the completely missing
  item.  When my work is committed, I'll reduce the entry to only contain
  the incomplete parts.

d23e42d279 Remove schedgraph idea for now -- it has been substantially improved in 
8.x and the idea needs reformulating significantly.  There is potential

8057fa7fe0 Remove magic tunnel daemon idea -- we've had one student give it a pass, 
and while an interesting project, there are probably better ways for
students to get involved (and things more likely to get into the base
tree).

375e1e27ae Add three new TrustedBSD-related ideas for GSoC (or otherwise): 
- New audit parsing API
- NT/Linux to BSM conversion tool
- Application-specific audit trails

All three would be reasonable student projects or someone with strong C
language skills and at least some security backgroun.
