I think the majority of this chapter likely needs to be completely
rewritten, and hope to see it done soon. However, in the mean time,
at least try to make the handbook introduction a little more
current.

they only require 4 bits per pixel, but several of them were stored as
8bpp PNGs. This approximately halves the total file size, allowing the
handbook pages to load much faster.
Remove svn:keywords and add fbsd:nokeywords=yes properties - these are
binary and cannot contain keywords.
