c35b785748 Commit the HTML rendition (and "glue" pages) of the 4.7-RELEASE 
release documentation, in advance of the release.  Not hooked up to
the Web site build, nor visible from any Web pages yet.

These files may be regenerated before the release date if required.

3ec53eefca Add a new news item to note some of the momentum that the sparc64 port

1bc7b4db03 o Change all Portuguese entries to Brazilian Portuguese since they 
are related to pt_BR not pt_PT even though both are still Portuguese.
  This follows the doc repo pt_BR.ISO8859-1 naming trend. Reorder
  entries as necessary.
o Add an entry for pt_BR FAQ

9d293da917 Refuse access to the interface for machines listed in relays.osirusoft.com. 
Insert a header and allow access to unverified hosts should the lookup have

16265770e1 First draft of July 2002 - August 2002 bi-monthly developer status 
report.  Assembled with much help by Scott Long, who deserves

09c8d6bcd7 Add UFS2 boot issue to the required feature list for 5.0. Tentatively 
assign ownership of this task to green@ and phk@ since they've both done
some work in this space.  Note that UFS2 boots fine on sparc64, the
problems seem to arise from a combination of large boot block issues
and emulated instruction problems on i386.

51186f1b1b Add two new required features for 5.0 release: gdb and sysinstall for 
sparc64.  Tentatively assign ownership for these tasks to tmm and jake,
although phk has also expressed interest in the sysinstall task.
