2fd8dd60f2 Add note about XFree86, and note some ports may not run with releases
other than their latest.

Slightly change wording for 2.2.1 users, recommend an upgrade more
strongly.

b3b0f5ad34 Add link to 2.2.1R -> 2.2-stable upgrade kit (which is basically a
"convenience package" that contains /usr/bin/*info and
bsd.port[.subdir].mk). With the recent emacs commit, 2.2.1R became
officially unsupported by the ports tree (without this package, of
course). :)

38df6f51c6 Web pages, may I introduce you to CVS. CVS, these are the web pages.
Yes, this is supposed to be a new top level in the repository.

For the moment any changes to this area must be cleared by myself
or Jordan. Once the kinks are worked out, the policy will probably
be relaxed.
