about how to build products with FreeBSD. I switched around the order
with the other link to follow a more logical flow of information. People
probably want to know what BSD is before building products with it.

- this page contains a total of 3 sections, with a total of 8 links, there is no
need for a table of contents which pushes the useful content down
- Replace /XML/{doc,www}/ with /XML/ in SysId.
- Remove empty stylesheets in share/xsl and point share/xml/empty.xsl via
XML catalog instead.
- Change the L10N layer in freebsd-*.xsl not to use localized XSLT
stylesheets directly.
- Move share/xsl/* to share/xml and remove share/xsl.
- Remove obsolete share/web2c/pdftex.def.
- Move files under <lang>/htdocs/share to <lang>/share.
- s/WEB_PREFIX/DOC_PREFIX/
- Update the webupdate script to use the SVN repository.
