- Replace /XML/{doc,www}/ with /XML/ in SysId.
- Remove empty stylesheets in share/xsl and point share/xml/empty.xsl via
XML catalog instead.
- Change the L10N layer in freebsd-*.xsl not to use localized XSLT
stylesheets directly.
- Move share/xsl/* to share/xml and remove share/xsl.
- Remove obsolete share/web2c/pdftex.def.
hacks to get the file into the build.
The specific reason for the fix is that http://svn.FreeBSD.org/
doesn't work in new www build jail, and while that could be fixed the
doc build shouldn't go to the interweb to fetch things in the first
place, so we might as well do this right.
required setting up CVSROOT and the CVS repo is not the main repo anymore
(and we already use fetch(1) elsewhere)
- Clean up the corresponding parts in translations, use a single copy of
LEGAL from the English pages
