96b90131d2 Add an `Email Addresses'' and a `Shell Accounts'' section to 
chapter 27.

These sections look pretty silly with only one entry, so please
(anyone) add more entries if you know of anything suitable.

f8c9ffdd22 A new chapter, explaining how to translate the documentation 
to other languages.  Well, not exactly, this is more of a
FAQ than a proper tutorial.  But (1) it gets it out of the
plain text format I've been sending out over the past 4
months, (2) it gets it better publicised than it has been,
and (3) it shows anyone that wants to see how to markup a

3897793a51 Stop documenting the non-existent <listentry> element, and start 
documenting the <listitem> element instead.  D'oh.

Also, add an $Id$ string while I'm here.

04fb87ed20 (1) Change occurances of freebsd.org to FreeBSD.org 
(2) Use &a.foo instead of hardcoded names/emails when appropriate.
(3) Remove Hidetoshi Shimokawa, he's a committer.

it's now the default, and no longer alpha code.
