4c831307b3 Fix a typo: 
s/-T/-t/
-T is used with -t and serves as refresh time.
-t is used for viewing the state table the top(1) way.

671a3c7c10 Reword a bit a sentence that looked funny. Instead of adding the 
missing verb in "will most likely running on", which still leaves
this sentence a bit too complex for my taste, simplify it a bit.

73d471fb66 - Remove a ports related section of CVSup refuse example. There are people 
who blindly copy this example to their environment. These people end
  with ports tree uncapable of building INDEX (some ports depend on ports
  in japanese category, which is refused in this example).

  The remaining part of example still does a good job in demonstrating
  CVSup refuse file syntax.

7b7c4e8c0d Revert last change. Adding mispelled or missing words is not too 
uncommon and 78 columns will easily grow beyond 80 when such changes
are made.
