a08b719bde ports/Mk/bsd.port.mk uses __FreeBSD_version >= 500039 as a test for 
bzip2 package support (there wasn't a __FreeBSD_version bump for this
feature, but the date is pretty close).  Document this.

a6270d8eca Delete preface comment about XXX markup. The last XXX was removed 
from the SGML source in rev. 1.292 by bmah.  Besides, all the XXX
stuff should be in comments, which won't/shouldn't be visible to
printed output anyway.

d326dd031e Use non-breaking spaces where appropriate. This prevents lame 
wrappings when discussing things like FreeBSD
4.6 or floppy disks that are 1.2
MB in size, in both the print and HTML output.
