96b90131d2 Add an `Email Addresses'' and a `Shell Accounts'' section to 
chapter 27.

These sections look pretty silly with only one entry, so please
(anyone) add more entries if you know of anything suitable.

04fb87ed20 (1) Change occurances of freebsd.org to FreeBSD.org 
(2) Use &a.foo instead of hardcoded names/emails when appropriate.
(3) Remove Hidetoshi Shimokawa, he's a committer.

57974cc9a3 Remove the text that says the ATAPI IDE interface is experimental. AFAIK 
it's now the default, and no longer alpha code.

1cae09439c Remove a <email>freebsd-bugs</email> and replace it with freebsd-bugs. It 
was placing a mailto:freebsd-bugs in the browser.  Changed to be like
the freebsd-questions reference right below it.

Also remove Alan Cox from the additional contributors list. He's been
a committer since late February.

05d191f662 freebsd.org -> FreeBSD.org, which seems to be the domain name of choice. 
FreeBSD, Inc. now owes me a new keyboard as I've seemed to have worn out
my "shift" and "`" key from sending vi so many "~"s. :->
