255275af5f Clarify the charter (a bit) for FreeBSD-Security. This list recently 
became hardcore technical, with a de-emphasis on the Q/A aspect. This
is an attempt to re-attract time-tight security experts back.

3ec1ced93f Perforce already uses UID 94. As it already shipped in several releases 
I change the UID for interch to 95.

While I'm here I add the p4admin user with UID 94.

99227d0c09 Use relative links when referring to other parts of the documentation, 
instead of absolute links.  This way doc/* works in any depth under
the root directory of a Web server.  Leave ftp: urls as absolute.

4d54e88881 - Convert net/etherboot to a package/port link. 
- Fix minor grammar: s/enable NFS service/enable NFS/
- Expand a bit 'workstation' and remove excessive punctuation.
- Tag rc.conf and README as <filename>'s.
- Remove reference to PRs conf/31200 and conf/29870, since
  they have been fixed.
