ceaadd8963 Added question about boot.flp hanging on an ASUS K7V motherboard, and the 
workaround (disable BIOS boot sector virus check).

Add 4.0 to a few places.  Update the "Panic: can't mount root!" now we
have a new boot loader.  Add an "Error: can't find libc.so.4" and a
"How do I upgrade from 3.x to 4.x" question.

Fix a few typos in the PR.

Add a little bit of extra information about chmod(1) on symlinks, so that

5a9e4f3502 List the French translation subdirectory. Why I didn't do this months

d76c9087ee Add some bits to the PPPoE section: 
o PPPoE & Netgraph are available from 3.4 onwards
o Mention that NETGRAPH_SOCKET and NETGRAPH_PPPOE are optional
o Remove the ``set login'' bit
o Xref the PPPoEwithNAT tag in the FAQ
o **DON'T** suggest that -dedicated mode is used.  PPPoE is probably
  the worst place in the world to use the -dedicated flag (which allows
  LCP to come down, but doesn't close/reopen the link before starting
  LCP again!)
