f0328fe7fb The example in section 6.2 uses DESTDIR to define where the 
website build should end up in.  However, it does not work
with DESTDIR, but with DOCDIR. Change the example and
description to use DOCDIR.

b48315f290 Document 11.2-RELEASE has reached end of life. 
Use new 'rel*.*' macros to make future similar updates easier
to manage.
While here, fix a issue in where.xml that is silently causing
build failures.

b5d409308f - Add a new set of 'rel*.current' entities for 12.1. 
- Comment the links to various documentation, as the change is
  not directly part of the 12.1 cycle, it is to add the links
  for 12.1-STABLE snapshots to the download page.
- Uncomment the 12-STABLE development snapshots table, and use
  the new entities.
