6aa41a56f0 - Add the first quarterly status report of 2013. Note that it is not 
yet linked to the web site, probably it will be done soon -- around the
  same time when it is officially pbulished (i.e. this week).

af433d9191 Add the Q3 and Q4 status reports. 
These aren't linked to from anywhere yet, as I wanted to open up the review
process more. In one day or so, I plan to have incorporated any reasonable
changes I receive (via email - comments or patches are welcome), and then
complete the rest of the report release process.

35babe0ae5 - Set svn:ketwords and svn:mime-type. Note that application/octet-stream is 
set on some files as a workaround for binary check.
- Fix pathname for svn co in the webupdate script.

4fe414e55f - Move developers.sgml to the language-independent directory. 
- Move files under <lang>/htdocs/share to <lang>/share.
- s/WEB_PREFIX/DOC_PREFIX/
- Update the webupdate script to use the SVN repository.

282a032540 - Remove junk directories. 
- Repocopy from www/<lang> to head/<lang>/htdocs to eliminate duplicate
  information in the www and the doc directory.
- Add various administration files to svnadmin.
