Bruce A. Mah 5a0586a7b8 Fix some particularly glaring errors resulting from the FAQ not using 
the correct version number entities when referring to 4.X and 5.X
releases.  Revision 1.514 tried to handle this, but failed.

Commit based on a patch in the PR.
