Remko Lodder bffce982e6 Update nl_NL.po to the latest working copy. I have done the 
entire glossary and started with the appendices (from
bottom going up).  This gets the translation at 9% mostly
because the "copying" of tags that do not need translations
like mailing list names and <prompt> lines which remain
exactly the same.
