Remove NAT section from advanced-networking chapter.
It was linked to from the firewalls chapter, but we aren't there yet.
To make the handbook build in the german tree and allow further updates
to the advanced-networking chapter, simply remove the link. The firewalls
chapter will be updated eventually, and will then get the NAT info back.

I sprinkled some whitespace and typo fixes here and there, but nothing major.

Adjust headers to reflect that this chapter is now in SVN revs. and
not in CVS days anymore (although many more patches are needed to
get to the top revisions).

I tried a new approach translating this chapter using various tools that might
help us build a translation memory in the long run. For now, this represents
my early tests so there might be some rough edges to fix. However, it is more
efficient than to try to catch up using individual revisions, as this (and
many other) files were last edited when we were still using CVS.
All errors that show up are my own and I will try to fix them as best I can.

- Replace /XML/{doc,www}/ with /XML/ in SysId.
- Remove empty stylesheets in share/xsl and point share/xml/empty.xsl via
XML catalog instead.
- Change the L10N layer in freebsd-*.xsl not to use localized XSLT
stylesheets directly.
- Move share/xsl/* to share/xml and remove share/xsl.
- Remove obsolete share/web2c/pdftex.def.
now picked up via share/xsl/*.xsl and they are empty when there is no
localized content in it. This prevents inconsistency between share/xsl/*.xsl
and the localized ones.
picked up via XML catalog in freebsd50.ent or xhtml10-freebsd.dtd,
not entities.ent. The L10N entities always come first to be able to
override everything.
- Define as in EUC-JP encoding. This is a workaround to
prevent an invalid character in EUC-JP caused by converting 0xa0 in
UTF-8 (EUC-JP does not allow 0xa0) in XSLT processing. Theoretically
it should be   still in the final XML output.
- Make XML catalog resolution consistent for l10n.ent. This should be
revisited for the others later.
MFde:
- Fix the list of available/support FreeBSD versions.
- While here, bring back releases.gif (which was "patched away" in rev r39534.
