describe the knobs to set to select either version.

5b0fafe3a3 Remove a section on WITH_ and WITHOUT_ knobs. The text referred 
to ^/KNOBS in the Ports repository which has been removed for a while.

The options framework should be used instead.

This will allow attribution for sponsored or contributed
work on FreeBSD in the release notes.

This is a prerequisite to additional upcoming changes.

While here, modify docbook.css to recognize a new 'contrib'
<span> class.

Also, set FreeBSD=%H on docbook50.dtd to allow the commit
to go through.
