54596e2fcd - Only drop -raw -preserve tidy flags when the encoding is ISO8859-1. 
For other encodings, it caused rendering problems.

f77daa56e0 - Properly copy XHTML fragments by adding namespace 
- Allow disabling last modified date by setting the date variable to
  empty text
- Only disable last modified date in old news, press, events pages since
  it makes sense for recent entries

3571e53040 Import FreeBSD Security Advisories and Errata Notices, as well as their 
patches for easier mirroring, to eliminate a special copy, to make
www.freebsd.org/security a full copy of security.freebsd.org and be
eventually be the same.

For now files are just sitting there.   The symlinks are missing.
